When you finished the ordering process on ourbaby shopping cart, you will receive an email of order confirmation with order reference number, you could use this reference number for further inquiry. Ourbaby will contact you for the delivery arrangement within 2 days or you could choose the self pick service from Ourbaby Shop. If there is no message or phone call to you about the order, please contact us by email at [email protected] or Phone/Whatsapp (852) 91305811 for inquiry. The normal delivery is within 7 working days upon stock available. Ourbaby will contact you before the delivery. For the details on delivery , please find on "Terms of Delivery". Ourbaby also ships overseas.
