Delivery Details

1. One delivery address for each order.
2. Free delivery when you spend HK$1200 or more. A charge of HK$80 is required for purchases less than HK$1200.
3. An extra charge of HK$80 for delivery service to areas of Tung Chung and Ma Wan. For Discovery Bay, extra charge of HKD390 is needed. Outlying Island is not available.
4. Order will be delivered in accordance with the below schedules. We will call the customers to confirm the exact delivery date and time. No delivery service is available on Sundays & Public Holidays.

5. For delivery areas that cannot be reached directly by a functioning lift, please specify in the order. An extra delivery charge of HK$30 for each floor is required, which will be agreed with the customers prior to the delivery.
6. Delivery service is only available upon receipt of payment.
7. We will call you to confirm the delivery date and time for each order. You will also receive a reminder call on the delivery date.
8. We would issue you an “Acknowledge Notice” for cases with no recipients at the delivery address. Kindly contact us immediately for the redelivery. The transportation fee will be charged to the customers for the redelivery.
9. Please check the products upon delivery. For any damages arising from transportation and non personal reasons, please contact us and we will arrange the products exchange immediately. Kindly accept our apology that no exchange is available after acknowledging the products.
10. We will not accept the products return due to personal reasons like product design or colour choices dissatisfaction. It is highly recommended that the customers double check the order or enquire us before order confirmation.
11. Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.
12. We reserve the right to revise the above Delivery Policy at any time as we think fit without prior notice to you.
